To contribute to research into nutrition- especially in the cancer field- and support the process of integrating lifestyle and nutrition modalities into mainstream medicine. Bridging the gap between science and practical applications of various dietary approaches.

Providing nutritional therapy services (one-to-one consultations) as well as extensive online resources with a focus on cancer. Education in food, supplements and general health (schools, corporates and public workshops).

Visiting lecturer at the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH) in Bray, Wicklow, on Cancer Biology.

Freelance writer for magazines and supplement/wholefood companies. Co-Author of the best-selling “The Ketogenic Kitchen”, published in English in 2016 by Gill Books in Ireland and Chelsea Green in the USA; in German in 2018 by Trias Verlag (“Ketogene Diät bei Krebs”).

Speaker at international conferences on the topic of the emerging science of ketogenic diets for cancer patients. Some examples:
