Since 2007 I have been working in clinical research and between June 2011 and February 2017 in the outpatient departments for neuroimmunology and lipidology at the Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin. I lead a study on adapted ketogenic diet and caloric restriction in patients with multiple sclerosis and have mastered various methods for characterizing cell metabolism in humans. From 2005 to 2011 I studied medicine at the Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin and received my doctorate in 2013 in neurology with a focus on the diagnosis of neurodegeneration under anti-oxidative therapy in patients with multiple sclerosis. As a scientific author, I publish a large number of my papers and have been continuously developing the concept of systems biological cell metabolism therapy since 2002.
